2. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation by Client: Clients can cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings on our website. Cancellations will be effective from the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation by Digital Fortune 168: The company reserves the right to cancel a client's subscription due to non-payment, violation of terms of service, or other valid reasons. Clients will be notified via email of such cancellations.
3. Service Delivery Policy
  • Service Scope: Digital Fortune 168 provides EA (Expert Advisor) services for Forex trading. Clients are billed on a monthly basis, with fees automatically deducted from the client's account based on the agreed-upon percentage of profits generated.
  • Performance and Reporting: Clients receive monthly email reports detailing their trading performance, including profits earned and the corresponding fees deducted.
  • Payment and Top-Up: Clients must ensure sufficient funds in their account to cover service fees. Payments are processed automatically, and if funds are insufficient, a notification will be sent. If the balance remains inadequate, a final warning will be issued before the suspension of services.
4. Rights and Responsibilities
  • Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate funds in their account, monitoring their performance reports, and adhering to the terms of service. They must also ensure their contact information is up-to-date for communication purposes.
  • Digital Fortune 168's Responsibilities: The company is responsible for providing reliable EA services, maintaining transparency in reporting, and ensuring the security of client information. Digital Fortune 168 also reserves the right to modify services, fees, and policies, with reasonable notice to clients.
5. Dispute Resolution
  • Resolution Process: Any disputes arising from the services provided should be addressed through our customer support team. If not resolved, disputes will be escalated to management for further investigation and resolution.
  • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Digital Fortune 168 operates. Clients agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of Liability
  • Market Risks: Digital Fortune 168 provides EA (Expert Advisor) services for Forex trading, which inherently involve significant market risks. Clients acknowledge that the Forex market can be highly volatile and that the company does not guarantee specific outcomes or profits.
  • No Liability for Losses: Digital Fortune 168 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by clients as a result of using our EA services. Clients understand and accept that all trading decisions are made at their own risk, and the company does not hold or manage clients’ funds.
  • No Refunds for Market Conditions: As the performance of the EA is influenced by unpredictable market conditions, Digital Fortune 168 does not offer refunds or compensation for losses or poor performance resulting from market volatility, technical failures, or any other external factors.
  • Service Provision: Digital Fortune 168 provides a service that assists in trading decisions but does not act as a financial advisor or broker. Clients are encouraged to seek independent financial advice if needed.
